FOR PICKUPS: Please pickup your order within the stated pickup window for your distribution location. Please take the weather into consideration for outdoor distribution locations and pickup as early as possible within the pickup window time. In the event that there is an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from being able to pickup your order, please Contact Us at your earliest convenience.

FOR RECEIVING DELIVERIES: Please ensure that someone will be available to receive your order on our Tuesday delivery between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm. Please Contact Us if there are any specifics regarding delivery that we should know about.

FOR RECEIVING SHIPMENTS: Please provide your physical address at which UPS can deliver. Upon receipt, please verify that the contents of your shipment are in good condition. If there are any issues, please Contact Us as soon as possible with photos and a statement of damages.
